Here's yer sign.
I had a trailer and it sucked this time of year. You need to leave your water running a little so it doesn't freeze up... if it does freeze make sure the heat tape is all working (don't use a torch), and usually the place that needs to be thawed out is right where the pipe goes into the ground thereabouts....
Heat tape a must. Insulated skirting a bonus. Additional note, make sure you have measures in place to keep the area under the trailer rodent free. They love to nibble on heat tape. Been there.
or maybe rent a house or apartment,duplex.4plex so you can call the landlord up and make him fix it :)
Sure is a shame to see something like this, so close to Christmas. The poor fellow was probably just trying to get by.
Good insulated skirting, and three 100 watt light bulbs in the crawlspace, heat tape on the waterline and you are good to go.
metalman.
An investment in a good Herman Nelson is a wise purchase for mobile dwellers. Leave it close to where the pipes freeze, run the cord out to an outlet and when it freezes, simply plug it in for an hour or so and voila! Make sure it is in a position where it is not too near anything
that could catch fire. Much, much safer than a torch, but not totally without it's own hazards...monitor the situation, please.
Once upon a time in the 70s my trailers water pipes froze. Got a guy to hook up his arc welder to the pipe for heat. I recollect it worked. Learned later it wasn't good fer the arc welding machine. That was then. This is now.
Frank Rizzo,
you just never stop, do you!! May you have this difficulty in your life soon, without injury or death, I may add. You are disgusting, to say the least!

I have experienced the loss of a major fire, and it ain't no fun!! At this time the of the year, even more devastating.

I'm glad nobody got hurt!! Best wishes to the occupants, and if possible, please try to have a very Merry Christmas.

God bless
The owner of the trailer was trying to thaw out frozen water pipes under the trailer................well did it work? or are they still frozen?
hey taxinapole my house burnt down too the ground and i lost everything i owned so i can make as many jokes about this as i want
Maybe you should have been renting a house or apartment, duplex, 4plex, then it would have been the landlords loss and not yours.
Just sayin...
