It must be going to get colder soon
Wonder if it would have been more acceptable had it been a food market?
Maybe everyone of age should be trained and packing a firearm....I bet these low-lives woud thing twice about robbing someone knowing everone around was armed......
the old paradigm of "if every one had big guns, no one would pull the trigger" that was the basis for the cold war did not, does not and will not ever work. Want proof, see us crime stats where it is legal to possess and carry a hand gun.

The solution is a justice system that actually applies the full force of the law.
Trouble is that career criminals know which lawyer to hire and get light sentences, and the lawyer knows that his career criminal client will be a repeat customer.
Whereas single event mishap persons do not know which lawyer to hire and the lawyer knows that this will be a one time customer.

We must remember that lawyers are self employed business persons, not just the shysters the general public considers them to be.
Loki: you covered alot of subjects, but really did'nt make much sense."and the lawyer knows that his career criminal client will be a repeat customer." Next sentence, "not just the shysters the general public considers them to be." Sounds alot like reeling a big fish in for the big prize.Don't under estimate the general public.
The police have done their job, now its up to the courts.
