Development at 5th and Hill Gets Go Ahead

A housing develpment planned for 5th and Hill, has been given the green light.
The project calls for a mix of housing types, and allows for commercial sites within this new neighbourhood. There is also a detailed plan for pathways, greenspace, and legal secondary suites in single family homes.
The development is being praiosed for it's "smart growth" elements which take into account current land available within other neighbourhoods, and development that will enhance the existing neighbourhoods.
