There is this one. It was installed at the time the John Hart Bridge was being doubled and is still there.

There used to be one from City Hall as well looking down George Street, don't know whether it still exists.
There are also two, I believe, at UNBC which follow the construction up there. Can't find them at the moment. Maybe someone else knows where they are.
We need some traffic cameras badly ... to see the impact of bridge closures... ;-)
