Prince George, BC-  The man accused  of killing 13 year old Adam Williams, is back in court today.

50 year old Lloyd William Cook is seeking bail.

The Oliver man is charged with manslaughter, criminal negligence causing death, forcible confinement and committing an indignity to human remains. He has been held in custody since being arrested in mid June.

Adam died in Prince George in January of 2000. His death was not reported to police until 2004.
