I tried signing it on line and I ended up having to wipe my signature off the monitor afterwards.
lol
So is anyone on here who has been whinning up a storm about HST and other bullchit from the liberals going to be down at the new Cameron street bridge this morning??? Campbell will be!!!! The paramedics will be!!! How about turning off your computer and joining us. :}
I think you got the wrong day.
But having a few paramedics ready to go at the turnaround ... turnabout ... rotary ... circle of confusion .... or whatever, might be helpful.
Wasn't that event supposed to be about the opening of a new bridge? I am interested in the bridge opening ceremony - without political demonstrations and partisan agitators!

Thanks for the warning! I just changed my mind about going!

I doubt Campbell will be there.

He might show up for the Sunday 1pm opening of the twinned Fraser River Bridge.
I thought that they would have had the opening at the North End of the bridge so that they could celebrate the roundabout at the same time.
We're gonna get the HST like it or not, Liberals or NDP. Replacing the Liberals with a bunch of socialist idiots would only make the situation worse.

Try & get James et al to say they wouldn't implement the HST. It ain't gonna happen, they're just trying to make political hay
From CBC:

"B.C.'s finance minister has released more bad news about the state of the province's coffers — he is now warning the government will run a deficit for twice as long as previously promised.

Colin Hansen told reporters Thursday he'll introduce legislation that will allow the B.C. Liberals to post deficits for four years, instead of the two that were pledged during the election campaign.

Hansen said the move is necessary because provincial revenues have shrunk by $2 billion, while costs for social services, forest-fire fighting and other expenses have risen nearly a billion dollars."

Number one reason that the HST isn't going away.

Number two is the Olympic$.

Inject $1.5B from the Feds, and we will make up the rest of the shortfall.
"HST with Cheese"

is the youtube video that everybody is talking about. Go to youtube, and search 'HST with Cheese' to see it.

*Coarse Language.

The Prince George Citizen was running it on their site, then pulled it.
diplomat...
Go anyway...nothing like a good riot first thing in the morning to get the 'ol ticker going!
Many years ago, myself and some others got hauled off to the city jail in Vancouver for refusing to away at some dumb protest at Jerico Beach,I believe it was.
We got a free lunch!(or maybe it was dinner?)
Hmmm...can't remember what we were protesting now,(must be an age thing) but I do remember we missed the ferry back to Powell River and had to sleep under a tree!!
Riot? Don't hold your breath, it'll just be the usual chanting of inane slogans.
There is no such thing as a free lunch.
I would think there are going to be a lot of bodyguards there if he shows up.
How will this petition stop the HST?

Presenting Campbell with a million names won't do a bloody thing. Campbell will go "Thanks," Carol James will have her usual half baked smile for the camera, and that will be it.
James:

STOP !...In the name of love.

Because that's the strongest argument we have.
