Police Warn PG Residents To Be On Lookout For Man

Prince George – Police are warning city residents to be on the lookout for 44 year old Thomas Rafuse, who police say, is considered armed and a threat to the public, after it is alleged that he broke into a home in the 2200 block of Quince Sty at 3.08PM. Saturday. He pulled knife in the home and threatened to kill himself. He is reportedly despondent over the recent break up with a female resident at the home.
Rafuse is described as 6ft ( 182cm) 54 Kg’s, 154 pounds, shoulder length sandy blonde hair, blue eyes, short cropped moustache, wearing a bright blue winter jacket, black hat and jeans when he was last seen.
He fled the residence on foot. Police tried to apprehend him with a police dog, but failed in their attempt earlier Saturday.
Police had also been called to the same home on November 9th when it is believed the same male threatened two female residents with a knife. He was released on a Recognizance on November 12th.
Rafuse is under a restraining order and is in breach of that order.
