Final At AAAA Female High School Volleyball

On the final day at the "AAAA" female high school volleyball provincials
in Prince George the upsets were plentiful.
#1 Riverside was upset by #4 Earl Marriott in one semi-final game and #2
Kelowna Secondary fell to #3 Handsworth in the other semi-final match.
Kelowna went on to defeat Riverside in the bronze medal game and the final
match between Handsworth and Earl Marriott went the five set limit.
Earl Marriott took the first two sets but Handsworth stayed determined and
relentless as they stormed back to win the remaining three sets.
PGSS ranked 5th in the province lived up to its billing as the team beat
Clayton Heights to finish 5th at the tournament.
