Kaehn Re-Elected as Regional District Chair

Prince George, B.C.- For the fourth straight year, Art Kaehn has been selected as the Chair of the Regional District of Fraser Fort George.   His selection came by acclamation.
Vice Chair is Director Terry Burgess, who was also selected by acclamation.

First action plan: "it moves toward being carbon neutral by 2012"

Come back in 2012 and tell me how this plan is going. I think you have to pretty much stop breathing,stop defacating and stop fooling yourselves to be 'carbon neutral'.
