Prince George RCMP are seeking the public's assistance in locating a Smithers woman who was travelling by Greyhound bus from her hometown to Edmonton, Alberta.
Police say 67-year-old Anne Toporowsky got off the bus in Prince George and did not get back on to continue to Edmonton. RCMP say Toporowsky suffers from epilepsy and can, sometimes, get confused.
Toporowsky is described as a caucasian female, five-feet-three inches tall, weighing 170-pounds. She has short curly gray-black hair, green eyes, silver-rimmed glasses and a brown age spot on her right cheek. When last seen, Toporowsky was wearing a maroon-coloured jacket, dark pants, black boots, and a medic alert bracelet.
She was carrying a black purse, white plastic bag and had two rolling suitcases -- one gray, the other burgundy -- with her. Anyone with information is asked to call the Prince George RCMP detachment at 561-3300.
