ok i will be the first to start this off . i was never even involved in such a survay did not hear about it my stay in the hosp. was far less than 92 percent. And iam sure that the person who was put into the closet/ storage room a few months back would have a slightly lower grade as well. just my two cents worth .. good day to all.
Who did they survey? Sure as hell not me. Must have been Campbell's buddies.
I am not a fan of Northern Health after waiting two and a half years for major surgery. I guess that's what happens when operating rooms are used for storage instead of operations. I must say that once I finally had my surgery, I was well looked after by Drs.,nurses and staff. The food was terrible but then I wasn't particularly hungry during my stay. My take.
My father and mother are no longer with us today because of the lack of caring and desire to try to heal the so called doctors and nurses practice every day. The health care system that is the doctors and nurses, believe they have the right to decide who lives and who dies. No...they don't pull the proverbial trigger themselves, instead what they do is they don't act at all when it comes to certain people and their medical issues and their needs....these are the ones who the doctors, nurses and the health care system believe should not be given a chance to live.
One day soon you are going to see the biggest lawsuit ever seen being filed against Northern Health, its Doctors and Nurses. When this happens don't be surprised to see people within the health care system being held accountable for their inaction when it comes to looking after the people that are their patients. My mother completed the survey and so did my father before they both passed away. I read their comments and answers...my parents did not rate the doctors, nurses or the health care system called Northern Health as even worthy of wiping their bottoms never mind trying to help them heal themselves.
The statement above is a joke and an out right lie, there is nothing good, great or positive about this system.
