One of the most improved teams in the WHL is in Prince George for back-to-back games with the Cougars, tonight and tomorrow at CN Centre.  The Portland Winterhawks, who finished with the second worst record in the WHL last season, come to Prince George in a battle with the Everett Silvertips for third in the Western Conference, with a record of 35-20-2-1.  The Cougars and Winterhawks haven't seen each other since September 27, when the Cougars fell 5-1 in Portland, which was the third game in as many days for Prince George.  These back-to-back games with the Winterhawks finish a five game home-stand for the Cougars, which sees them taking two of the first three games.  Puck drop is at 7:00 and tickets are available by calling Ticketmaster at 250-564-5585.  The doors of CN Centre will be open early tonight at 6:00, giving fans an opportunity to see the opening ceremonies of the Vancouver Olympics on the centre ice scoreboard.  The first 200 fans can get a Chevrolet Go Canada flag in the back of a 2010 Chevrolet 1500 Extended Cab truck, which will be parked in front of the CN Centre.
