If these new "infrastructure" thingys need signs, might I suggest they recycle the Domano 16 signs? They are still up. Maybe Gordo doesn't want us to forget too soon.
I assume the Domano 16 signs you refer to are the ones with the big red 'Completed' on them.

I have been wondering for a while if they re-use those signs and just put a new paint job on them, or the more likely scenario that they simply throw them away and order brand new ones for each project.

I certainly hope they re-use them, but it would be nice to know for sure that money is not being wasted on new signs for each project.
Using those signs for any reason is a huge waste of taxpayer dollars.

Tell me why we need to pay for those expensive things just so our so called leaders can have thier names up for all to see.

I don't need an expensive sign put up to tell me there is a project on the go or when it is finished.

A complete and utter waste of money and they should be outlawed!
Nothing for Prince George. This is a reflection of the poor leaqdership of Dan the Mayor
Wish my tax dollars would go to fixing our road and maybe getting a sidewalk. Nice that the logging trucks and forest workers will have better roads though. Sigh!
While the signs are a little cheesy, the purpose of them is to show people that the government is putting money into the area. Simple advertising. Much like a billboard.

If they weren't there, people would surely be complaining about that as well, or saying that the government doesn't spend any money on infrastructure.

-These are community use forest roads. The Driftwood hasnt seen a logging truck in 5 years.
