Interestingly the US spies released by Russia are staying in a hotel in London now (paid for by Russia), and have been invited back to live in Russia with their records cleared and with a complete amnisty for their charges of spying. The released spies have surprsingly expressed a willingness to accept the offer saying Russia isn't the same place it was in the past....
