We won't mention the carbon footprint. OK? Maybe the pilot should fuel up in Alberta while Elton is here.
yeah lol
Welcome Elton! You and your music are the best!

Can we invite Bob Dylan next, please!
How about mentioning the 6000+ people coming from all over Western Canada and the States to enjoy his music. How about mentioning all the dollars dropped into our economy from this concert.
How about all the cabs, restaurants, airlines, gas stations, hotels and motels benefiting from this?
Any Questions?
Who cares?
RIP. How about all the local yokals who couldnt get a ticket.

I guess if the locals want to see him they can go to Kelowna, or Sault Ste Marie Ont. These towns would appreciate the Hotel Rooms, Taxis, Restaurants, Airlines, etc;.

Who is this guy anyway??? His real name is Reginald Kenneth Dwight. Can we call him Reggie???
No one is ever happy anymore.........I'm glad he's here, I'm sorry for those who were unable to get tickets (life isn't always fair) and I'm happy for all the business dollars his concert is going to generate............yahoooooooooooo! Can't wait to see his performance.....
It's too bad they never offered a second concert for the following night. I'll bet it would have sold out too.
RUEZ lol
Nice jet..
could easily have landed on the old runway...
and to think..our airport athority had nothing to do with this visit...
wow... talk about a bunch of glass is half emptiers. People in this city at this very moment are having a great time, enjoying what I am sure is a wonderful show and all you can do is find the miniscule negative things about it. Your lives must suck.
This site tells a little more about the plane.

The last time I saw that many cars parked at CN Centre was when the Cougars first came to town. I think no entertainer has drawn that kind of crowd.
This appears to be what the inside looks like.

Awesome concert!!! Sir Elton is one of a kind and there will never be another entertainer here again like him. He gave the crowd an incredible show and thanked for PG for the welcome. I had the privilege of seeing him in Vegas in 2008 and it was good too but here in PG was an extra bonus. Elton is #1 in my books and always will be. Thank you Elton for a fantastic, incredible and unforgetable show.
Just got home from the concert. It was 2.5hrs of Elton John and his band. They were amazing and worth every dollar to see. They gave us our money's worth.

I think of how many times people travel to Edmonton, Vancouver, Las Vegas or other parts of the country to see these types of performers and spend thousands to go. The price of a ticket to attend right here in PG was a deal.

I believe Elton John and his entourage thoroughly enjoyed themselves here and appeared very pleased with the crowd and their response. Well done PG and well done Elton John and band.
I walked upto the ticket booth and bought my ticket 30 minutes befor the show.
Awesome show.A top notch performer.Best concert that will ever be here.
Elton John and his band were fabulous! I have never seen CN Centre so packed and so pumped about any show. Hopefully this will be the start of other top-knotch performers who will play in our fine city. Whatever you are doing CN Center, keep up the great work!
The jet belongs to Jim Carrey!
Ah, so he has a corporate jet rental business on the side then? :-)
"Best concert that will ever be here"

I have it on good authority that the ZM34 Concert in 2053 will top this. It'll be the opening act in the new 18,000 seat Dan Rogers stadium at the confluence of the Nechako and Fraser.
Just wondering WHY everyone is so obsessed about his darn jet! Did you think he was going to fly WestJet or Aircanada???? Like really? Oh and it's bad that people didn't get tickets? Peopld don't get tickets in Vancouver for Gawd's sake! You thought everyone who wanted to go would get tickets...wow, so naive!
Some people just happen to like Jets. Nice pics Gus.
Thanks for the plane pics Gus. I think it's interesting. I feel better knowing the band is travelling safely. No complaints about carbon footprints for me. The man has done far too much good worldwide. I'd like him to be around for a while.
Concert was fantastic, and Sir Elton worked very hard to cram the concert full of one hit after another.

Thanks for the hilarious visual gus. Where can I buy a ticket for a seat that will also permit my oxygen and hospital bed? Cause I am so there!
