And the snow came down all over town...

Environment Canada is calling for the snow to end sometime this afternoon. But, then again, the agency has also only forecast between 5- and 10-centimetres of the white stuff today!

The outlook for the next few days is calling for much of the same -- a few flurries tonight, ending overnight, but starting up again tomorrow morning.

Meantime, the Ministry of Transportation is advising that heavy snow is falling on both highways 97 and 16, in all directions and warns that plowing and sanding crews are out. A detailed road report can be obtained by clicking here.
