Gang Links to Fires?

Prince George, B.C.- An alleged gang member who is serving time in jail for drugs and weapon offences, is believed to have been the target of two deliberately set fires in Prince George.
Joey Arrance, who is listed as the holder of the business licence for the Twisted Soul Tattoo and Body Piercing Shop, is behind bars. That business on the corner of 7th and Victoria was the subject of arson early yesterday. This morning, a home on Foster Road, where Police allege Arrance has lived in the past, was torched.
A 60 year old woman was in the Foster Road home when the flames broke out shortly before 1 this morning. She is said to be in critical condition in hospital suffering from 2nd degree burns.
