Williams Lake, B.C. - On November 25th, 2010 the Williams Lake RCMP executed a court authorized search warrant after a lengthy investigation, under the Controlled Drug and Substances Act (CDSA), on a residence located in the 1100 Block of 2nd Ave North Williams Lake BC.

The subsequent search of the residence resulted in a seizure of numerous illicit drugs; including marijuana, cocaine, hashish, and a significant quantity of prescription medications.

Also located in the residence was a significant amount of property, that is suspected as being stolen and as such it was  seized in an effort to return it to the rightful owners.

One adult female is currently in custody for allegations of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (PPT).

The investigation continues in an effort  to substantiate  suspicions of her being in possession of stolen property.  Further criminal code charges may be forthcoming as well for Possession of Stolen Property.

This same accused is currently before the courts, on the same allegations of PPT from July of 2010, when the Williams Lake RCMP executed a search warrant on her residence, and seized a quantity of illicit drugs on that occasion as well.
