Nice, a press release to announce an upcoming press release.
They gotta keep reminding us how good they are. They are currently negotiating a contract renewal with the province.
Just forget all the controversy thats been going on over the past few years with them and focus on all the good they are doing now.
Any predictions on who's going to make the list. Yes a press release for a press release, I wish I got that much attention when I completed a task at work.
I guess with the announcement of new beds at the fedrally club fed, they gotta fill em !
Hello all. Just to clarify here.

All of the local media agencies including Opinion 250 received a "Media Advisory" today and not a "Press Release" An Advisory is sent to the media in order for them to be able to plan their work day with a little bit of notice. It gives them notice of an upcoming press conference or other media event.

So it's not a press release about a press release, it's simply a professional courtesy and a normal practice in the media and public relations world.

It is concerning a matter that the we are confident that many local communities will be happy to hear about, regarding some of the work that we have been doing.

It's apparently a press release on O-250! lol
I think a posting from the RCMP is great!
Opinion 250 is a very powerful citizen forum.
Keep the comments coming and keep the facetiouness to a minimum.

I really admire the local RCMP and the work they're doing to try to clean up Prince George. They have a very nasty job on their hands. The drug dealers do not care who lives or dies. Don't ever forget Brittany and Garrett. I haven't. They could have been our children, brothers, sisters.

Not to mention the RCMP are dealing with the influx of absolutely ruthless drug dealers from the lower mainland. Help them protect our town. Give them some support and quit the goofy remarks about union issues. Their lives are on the line every time they go on duty. Think about that! It could be your father, mother, brother or sister serving in the RCMP. Support them! It takes citizens to make a community.
Good job RCMP and CBSA, look forward to hearing the details. Just tune out the peanut gallery, most of us do already, LOL.
Any one else of importance wanna admit they read Opinion 250? Hizzoner Dan? Well, do ya?
Thank you Cpl Moskaluk for extending the professional courtesy to Opinion250. See people, it shows that Opinion250 is read possibly more widely than many of us are aware of. Who knows, maybe even Premier Whatisname reads it.
