Prince George, B.C.- Liberal Leadership hopeful Kevin Falcon is back in Prince George to talk about his “Northern Prosperity Agenda”
He unveiled four of the ten points in this plan last week in Ft. St John, where he talked about:
  1. Extending  and increasing investment in the Interior and Rural Side Roads Program beyond 2013; (The current $50 million a year plan ends at the end of 2012).
  2. Renewing the 3 year Oil and Gas Road Improvement Program beyond 2011 to support private sector investment in oil and gas exploration; (The Liberal Government’s current plan of spending $47 million a year will end in 2011)
  3. Make BC public lands available for lease to enable privately funded workforce housing projects necessary to support resource and infrastructure development;
  4. Reduce onerous ALR processes on North Eastern farm land.
Falcon will be meeting with media reps this morning at Del Tech industries.
