No Date Yet in Doug Walls Case

Trial dates for Doug Walls and Mike Millard were supposed to be set today, but  that has been delayed until March.

A requisition was filed on the 9th asking that today's appearance to set trial dates be adjourned to next month.

The two are facing charges of fraud over $5,000.  They are accused of being involved in a cheque kiting scheme that left CIBC in the red for more than a million dollars.

DOug Walls has requested a trial in Provincial Court before Judge alone, while Millard has opted for a trial in Supreme Court before Judge and Jury.

Every one is going to be dead, before this ever comes to court. Is this how the rich and powerful get out of paying for their crimes,BY PUTTING THEIR TRAILS OFF and OFF and OFF,What the hell is wrong with the Courts..

The election is over so what's the hold up now? Soon we will have to wait until the next election is over and the olympics are done. We wouldn't any of it to stick to Gordo and group

It seems everyone in this Country is guilty before they get to court except Wayne Gretzky. Why is that??
