Farnworth Seeks NDP Leadership

Prince George, B.C.- There are now five candidates in the running for  the leadership of the Provincial New Democrats.

Mike Farnworth has entered the race.

The Port Coquitlam  MLA is a seasoned veteran and  pledged to bridge the  chasm that has developed within the party ranks.

Farnworth is now  said to be "the one to beat" among those seeking the  leadership.

The other contenders are: Harry Lali, Nicholas Simons, Dana Larsen and  John Horgan.

The New Democrats will make their selection on April 17th.

He might help the party solve the top three officials gender issue. But what will likely happen the NDP will change the rules so that it has to be one male, one female, one other.
