Prince George, B.C.- The final two days of trial for Prince George City Councillor Brian Skakun, have been set.

The trial will resume March 16th, and  if  all the evidence  has not been completed that date, will carry over and continue  on the 17th.

Skakun is accused of  breaching the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, after a copy of  a confidential  personnel report found its way  on to the CBC's website.

The Defence has at least one more witness to call, and possibly Skakun himself may take to the stand.  So far, the trial has heard three days of testimony in October,  a further four days in December.

If found guilty,  Skakun  could face a maximum fine of $2,000.
