Shed Fire Sends Up Plume Of Smoke

Prince George, B.C. -  Prince George Fire Rescue responded to a shed fire in the 26-hundred block of Abbott Crescent earlier today...

Assistant Fire Chief Blake King says 15 firefighters from three halls responded to the call shortly after 11am.

King says the shed was fully involved when the first engine arrived and crews quickly contained it, with minor damage to two adjacent homes.

No one was injured as a result of the blaze. 

Damage is estimated at approximately $25-thousand dollars.  The Assistant Fire Chief says the cause of the fire is undetermined at this time.
