Prince George, B.C. – If a young man, who is facing deportation, fails to check in with the Canada Border Services Agency office in Prince George, don’t expect to be told.

Those in the office in Prince George, which is within the RCMP’s North District detachment, say they are not at liberty to reveal that kind of information. Opinion 250 was advised any such information would have to come from the media liaison people in Vancouver.

According to a weekend report in the Vancouver Sun, Francois Meerholz is facing deportation back to his birth country of South Africa because of “criminality” and for failing to report new charges and convictions to the Canada Border Services Agency.  The 23 year old is suspected of being linked to the Game Tight Soldiers in Prince George.

Last Thursday, Meerholz was the subject of a deportation hearing. According to the Vancouver Sun, his  fiancé and his younger brother Dillan  put up the $5 thousand dollar bond to make sure Francois was released. Francois is supposed to be deported January 31st but until then, must report daily to the Canada Border Services office in Prince George.

The Vancouver Sun report says the Immigration Hearing was not told by Dillan ( nor was the question asked) that he too faces criminal charges and is expected back in court February 15th to face those charges.
Dillan is also suspected of being part of the Game Tight Soldiers organization.

I fully expect that at some point in the future if the courts and justice system do not start responding to the desires of the general public when it comes to gangs and the violent crime that they undertake, that there will be vigilante type behaviour running rampant on the streets.

I certainly don't condone this type of behaviour, but from a pure instinctual and reactionary point of view, I think it would be a natural defensive response when the threat level in the community at large gets to a certain point. It's happened before in the history of man and generally speaking, history has a way of repeating itself.

It's actually sad to think that it could get to that point. After all, isn't the government and the judicial system supposed to protect society? Why then are they not doing so?
I'm starting to like you Eagleone!

Yes NMG Charles Bronson is the hero of many a good citizen. I can also see the day if our money grubbing politicians and their lawyer pals don't do the right thing, we will indeed see vigilantism on our streets.

Our justice system isn't doing the right thing because it's way to profitable for those people working in the system to want to change it. Our justice system is a gold mine for lawyers. Why would they want to reduce their bank account balances just because it's the right thing to do?
Ok - so I'm confused. The guy is about to be deported and all it cost was $5 thousand dollars get him released - if the guy is bad then does anyone really think he is going to turn up on the 31st to be deported?

Actually it would probably be better if both brothers were just deported back to South Africa... they know how to deal with guys like these two back in South Africa... which is why they are hiding out here I presume.
Eagleone, did you notice your first comments have been deleted?
Ya that's alright... its understandable... should have been framed in the allegation form for legal purposes. Can't put the web site in jeopardy from rash comments. I think it would be wise for people to keep an eye on that Dillan character though... bad news all around especially if he is around any young women in your family. I can't give more details about what I know without jeopardizing other people in a sense. Hopefully he gets his due and I'm sure he will at some point.
