The three year project has an estimated total cost of just over $4.5 million. For every dollar donated by the Northern Trust, $11.31 is being contributed from other sources.

The project's total cost is in the $1.2 million range with Northern Trust's portion representing 21%, the balance being made up of funding from the Alberta Peace Region (23%) 37% from membership and 19% from the Federal Government.
