The disciplinary tribunal for an RCMP officer who was once stationed in Prince George will be held in Vancouver.

Constable Justin Harris was one of two police officers under a cloud of suspicion over possible involvemet with young prostitutes in Prince George.  The alegations surfaced  following the  conviction of Judge David William Ramsay.  Ramsay  is serving 7 years for his involvement with young prostitutes in Prince George.

It has been nearly a year since the Crown decided there wasn't enough evidence to proceed with criminal charges against Harris and another fellow officer.

However, after reviewing the results of the internal investigation,  Deputy Commissioner of the RCMP, Beverly Busson decided Harris would have to face a disciplinary tribunal.  The other officer was allowed to treturn to work with no further action.

The tribunal has been set for October 2nd and 6th and November 20th and 24th at the Segal School of Business in  Vancouver.

Three Commissioned Officers from a detachment other than the one where the officer was stationed will preside.
