Frazer lake was 92.3 last night...Just incase anyone is interested
I am still amazed that vancouver can get their gas cheaper than we can and the refinery is right here!
Is it possible that it is less expensive to ship fuel to Vancouver via pipeline than it is to truck it from refinery to gas station here?
Not only that they have a 7 cent surcharge to help off set the price of their rapid transit and yet they can still manage, on most days, to have the same price on their gas pumps as we do or lower?

so where does the 26.6 cents taxes go?
I thought that was for road tax but I don't see our roads being kept up very well. Oh right forgot Sea-to-Sky Highway....How could I forget Mr Campbell's pet road....after all he has to be able to get to Whistler quickly doesn't he?
Look at the price of gasoline in Ft St John, sitting right on top of the oil field. Kind of like in Prince George, where you can't even buy a clear straight 2 x 4 . You have to go to Vancouver to buy it.
I am surprised you found a clear staright 2x4 in Vancouver as well....
According the the USA they are the only ones that is supposed to have the good stuff....that is why, in my opinion, we have all the D grade....and worse..
They use our good construction grade for kindling!
I just read in the Chronicle Journal that gas prices are below 68 cents in Dryden Ont. This is just a small town.
We get milked here as the petrolem companies and the government know we have no choice but to pay the price or walk...
I suppose you could use our so called transit but after 7 pm there isn't any...
and the routes are pretty limited.....try going up the north nechako....not!
Oh joy, fuel dropped two cents. Now I can afford to live another ten minutes.
