Lambert: A True Cat, Lands on his Feet

Lane Lambert has landed on his feet in Bridgeport as an assistant coach to Dave Basseggio of the Bridgeport Sound Tigers. 

Lane joins Pat Bingham who also was named as an assistant coach to the team last week. 

Lambert was dumped by the Cougars after they were informed that he had been negotiating with the farm club of the New York Islanders. 

Lambert takes up the position immediately. 

Just an added note:
a Lane Lambert Opeechee hockey card is trading on E-Bay right now,  apparently near mint condition, and the opening bid is 5 cents U.S.
