Logging Truck Death Inquest Set

It has been nearly a year since Frank Leroux died  in a logging truck accident.  The dates have now been set for the Coroner's inquest into his death.

It was March 2oth when Frank Leroux's  logging truck went off the Finlay-Philip forest  service road near Mackenzie.

The inquest is scheduled for June 18 - 29 and will be held at the Prince George Courthouse. 

Presiding Coroner Tom Pawlowski and a five-person jury will publicly hear evidence from subpoenaed witnesses in order to determine the facts surrounding the death.

The jury will have the opportunity to make recommendations aimed at preventing deaths under similar circumstances in the future.
