Drug Lab Busted Near 100 Mile

\north District RCMP Drug  Section out of Prince George worked with investigators from 100 Mile House in making several arrests in connection with a commercial methamphetamine  production   lab.

Police have been conducting this investigation for the past four months.  The probe centered on a property in the Forest Grove District  near 100 Mile House.  The Police say the drugs were produced at the lab, then shipped to the Lower Mainland and  distributed from there.

Police say  thier investigation resulted in the seizure of  16 kilograms of methamphetamine from what police describe as a "sophisticated commercial lab capable of producing large quantities of methamphetamine".  Police also seized a vehicle and several firearms.

The investigation continues.

Charged with production of methamphetamine and possession for the purpose of trafficking are:

  • 39 year old Marco Tulio Curcio of Langley and
  • 30 year old Simon Shipling of Vancouver

Charged with production of methamphetamine are:

  • 33 year old Daryl Paul Peterson of Forest Grove
  • 23 year old Justin Norman Larsen of Abbotsford

All four accused   have appeared in 100 Mile House Provincial Court.
