Ya I knew him and it was shocking. My daughter went to a school where he worked. Its crazy, you think that you know someone and they are trustworthy and then you are totally betrayed. It is nasty and he is sick, I wonder how does someone become so sick. At what point do you think to yourself... 'hey I think I might look for some kiddie porn today" and then why doesnt your brain say 'hey man wtf is wrong with you ya pervert' I feel for his family and pray that they can get through all of this.

Are you kidding. This man worked with CHILDREN! I knew him, he was around my kid at her school. If it is true, it is nasty, sick, depraved and against the law. I trusted that school to protect my kid. I feel betrayed. You do not get arrested if they just suspect something, there must be evidence. IF the allegations are true, he should never be allowed to be near kids again. Think of all the kids at the schools he worked at who are now going through a really confusing time. Think of the sleepless nights parents will now have wondering if something happened to their child. This has not just affected his life, his family, collegues and the kids at the schools will NEVER be the same.

Firstly, I assume the innocence of the person involved in this.

I do, however, find the idea of child porn to be nasty and I really don't care what anybody says to me, you'll never change my mind on that subject.

I am truly sickened by these allegations.
I believe in innocent until proven guilty in most cases.This is very scary to think that he was around my child.The allegtions are only what they have evidence of,he could have done things with children here.We don't know.
I feel sad for his family and I wish them all the strength they need at this time.

I bet more than half of the things most of your have heard are not true. I can say this because i am best friends with one of the daughters of the family. Right ON Reasonableman . As for the family of the man charged, I have a hard time feeling for them, I sympathize that they are going through a difficult time, but my heart goes out completely to the innocent children who had to be involved, justice can never be served for them.

Sure, okay, we know it's probably not the family's fault this man did what he did, but - what is their main concern? Embarrassment? Shame? Disgust? Do you think anyone is blaming them? Possibly but: This person has to stand up and take responsibility for his own actions. He was arrested and released. His computers at home and at school were taken as evidence. A few hours later he jumped from the Muskwa Bridge. He survived and he is now in a Mental Hospital recovering.

Why jump if you are innocent?

His family are victims as well, their lives will never be the same and I can't imagine how they are feeling now. It is not their fault but their friends speaking the way they are on this blog, are not helping the matter.

You should be able to trust your school principal, your children should be able to go to a school and be safe, even if he didn't hurt those kids, someone's children were hurt and now the trust bond is broken forever.
