Environment Canada map shows  areas  expected to have  normal to above normal temperatures for the summer.

The predictions are out for the type of summer we can expect.

Environment Canada’s weather forecast for the months of June July and August,  indicates Prince George (and most of the central  interior) is more likely to have a near normal summer  when it comes to temperature ( 50-60% probability) .  There is however,  a 30 – 50%   chance of a summer that is warmer than normal.

While the temperature  will be around the  levels normally experienced,  there is  a chance it may also be drier.

The map below indicates the Interior has a  40 -60%   chance of  having less precipitation than normal.

Ahhhh... perfect forcasting !!.

It might be dry.. or it might be wet.

It might be warm.. or it might be cold.

It might be windy.. or it might be calm.

Gosh... if only I had stayed in school and become a weatherperson.... gotta be big bucks in that !!

Blessings to all.
Weather forcasting has never been the same since they got rid of the weather ships years ago!
It has never been the same since Percy Saltzman handed in his chalk.
