The Ministry of Transportation says the  scheduled single lane alternating traffic through the slide area on Highway 16 West near Terrace, will likely be in place until at least  Monday.

“We are advising motorists to check the Drive B.C. website over the weekend to see if there is any change, but we expect the scheduled openings will stay in place until Monday.”

The scheduled openings are 7 a.m. to  9 a.m. then again  from  2p.m. to 3 p.m. and  from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.
