Nude Stroll NOT Okay

A Clearwater man decided to go for a walk, possibly seeking a cool treat in the hot heat, near the community’s Dairy Queen.

He was wearing a hat, glasses, and not much else...

In fact, Clearwater RCMP say the man was naked when he was spotted on his stroll by an off-duty officer. The allegedly intoxicated male was also - according to police - sporting "a big, goofy grin that quickly faded when he saw the police car."

The nudist was driven home to get some clothes before spending the night in jail. He was transferred to Kamloops in the morning to appear before a provincial court judge, as it turns out he was on probation for similar episodes of streaking in the sun last year.

Some people never learn. Maybe a part of his probation should be that he streaks during winter months. When things start dropping off, it may cure him.

I can't help but laugh and feel disgusted at the same time. Should've made him sit all night without clothes in the cold cell. I'm sure they could've found something for him to sport home besides a goofy smile.

I find it interesting that such a slight chemical or neurological problem can create such bizarre behavioural nuances. His mother was probably a test subject in some 60's drug trial or maybe they lived under some heavily juiced power lines. You never know. I think the majority of us are pretty lucky that our development wasn't stagnated or interupted like his likely was.

His "chemical" problem is alcohol. His grin wouldn't have dissappeared if he had a neurological problem at the time of his arrest.

Sounds like the fellow was doing something traditional. He was going down to the Dairy Queen for a cool reception.

I think he is probably an exhibitionist, looking for an excuse to be one.

Either that, or a scientific experiment gone horribly awry.

i think he knew what he was doing the whole time whether he had been drinking or not. i think its funny that he got caught with "his pants down" so to speak. he's probably just looking for a little attention but wound up with the wrong kind of attention

Why was he transported all the way to Kamloops to see a judge? Rather costly I think for nothing. A night in the can, send him on his way.
