Assault Victim Dies

Prince George RCMP say a man who was assaulted last week  has since died in Prince George Regional Hospital.

Police say before turning up at the Hospital suffering from numerous injuries sustained when he was assaulted, 49 year old Norman Clarence Pierre of Fort Ware had last been seen in the area of 5th Avenue and George Street on the 6th of September.

Pierre died in Hospital on Friday.

An autopsy will be conducted n Kamloops later this week.

Anyone with information on Pierre’s whereabouts on September 6th  or who has information on the assault is asked to contact Prince George RCMP at  561 -3300 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS

yes....sooner or later it was bound to happen!now we have murderers running around the streets of PG.
Sad, yes, but not the first jonnypg. We have them walking around here already for years.
There are dozens of murderers walking around PG everyday....from the halfway houses.
No sense reviving that phrase, "attempted murder". It is either assault or murder. No in between.
Murder: an assault that went bad.
