The price of a litre of regular gas  has slipped two cents.  The drop started over the weekend in Prince George with Husky  the first to reduce the price.

This morning,  the other players   adjusted their prices as well. The good news is that according to Hugh Mackenzie’s Gas Gouge  calculator,  we are actually  paying 1/2 a cent  less than we  should be!

"Your gas prices are 0.5¢ per litre below the normalized cost of $1.07 per litre in Prince George

With today’s crude oil price of $89.79 USD per barrel and the US dollar at $1.01 CAD, the price of regular unleaded gasoline in Prince George should be $1.07 per litre at normal profit margins."

Not going to compalin...nice to see it down anyways....
And a Canadian gallon to boot? Sweet! It's 103.9 for a measly litre in Quesnel.

If the price is down in PG, it is the last place in BC to move down.
If I could figure out how to make a steam turbine powered by wood pellets that would provide electric power for an electric car... I likely wouldn't feel like I have oil company executives chasing me with a hand tool to tighten the screw they are sticking me with.
We in the north are getting it bad. And we are paying the same amount in Vanderhoof where there isn't a one cent per liter tansit tax. we are paying more than we should be too.
No Yama PG is not the last to go down. Prices in Kamloops, Kelowna, Cache Cr, Vernon and other south interior centers have not dropped. Check gas buddies web site, that will tell the tale. http://www.bcgasprices.com
That is ok Elaine...
I have those kind of weeks as well...lol
Those kinds of weeks are common to those of us from the 60's Elaine!
It was the brown acid...or maybe it was the blue acid...um..I forget....
