Names Released In Highway Crash That Claims Two

Police have now released the names of the two Ft St James people who died in a two car crash near Dunkley Lumber on highway 97, December 15^th.

They are 49 year old Gurmit Kaurn Dhadwar ,and 51 year old Tarsem Singh Dhadwar of Ft St James .

They were riding in a car that crossed the highway and slammed into another vehicle splitting their car in half.

They were our aunt and uncle...we love and miss them very much...they were the greatest people in the world.

I worked with your Uncle, and I unfortunately didn't get to know your aunt.

Your uncle was a really cool guy. We used to joke and tease each other constantly. Our shifts were changed in the past year so we couldn't work together any more, but our last day of work he was working with me again. We had a lot of fun, and I am thankful that I had that last day to tease him, and have fun.

I will pray for your family.

jessiedhadwal I didn't know your family members but I do know the stretch of road. Quesnel to PG has got to be one of the scariest stretches of HWY in BC. It seems to me all too often there is serious accidents on this stretch of road.
