Christmas Eve Brawl at the Mall

Prince George, B.C. - One man was taken to hospital with non life threatening stab wounds after a brawl in the Pine Centre Mall on Christmas Eve.

Witnesses say as many as ten men were fighting, some had knives, during a brawl at Pine Centre Mall as last minute Christmas shoppers watched in horror. Witnesses also say that as the fight continued, $100 dollar bills were flying in the air,

A man, believed to be the leader of the gang called the Independent Soldiers,was arrested, as was a man beleived to be a member of the group called the Crew. A colour wearing member of the motorcycle gang the Renegades was interviewed near the scene, but not arrested.

In total, 7 people were arrested, four of them gave Vancouver addresses. None of the combatants is being cooperative with poilice.

Police have yet to receive any of the $100 dollar bills that were picked up be the lucky shoppers.

Someone I know saw these guys on the plane coming up here. this someone said that they talked about violence like it was just another day at the office. it's a total brainwashed culture of thugs and criminals. All jail does is house them together so they can learn new techniques and do crimes together when they're out. it's brutal.

This is my point exactly. We do the same things over and over like increased jail time etc., and it just does not work. Monsters are always made and not born. We need to stop making them. That is the only way to return society back to something that does not create these guys and girls.

How well did prohibition work?

Weird because all three gangs operate under the Hells Angles as affiliate gangs. I would suspect that one of them, likely the crew (most violent and hard drug dealers), was upsetting the family apple cart leading to this... probably the independent soilders being used to do the dirty work (possible replacements) while being supervised by the renegades.

I.S. and H.A. are rivals. Renegades and The Crew answer to Hells Angels and the I.S. are a rival ethnic gang. H.A. will have noting to do with ethnic gangs.

Why didn't the cops taser all these idiots ? We would all definitely approve.

I know who the leader of the independents is from my highschool days (a person I knew through other people) and he is in no way ethnic. About as white as they get (born and bred in PG), although his associates in the Lower Mainland are mostly ethnic. This same dude has hells angles patch wearing relatives that look out for him, thus the apparent connection between the two organizations. The independents wouldn't be doing business in this province if they didn't have those kinds of connections. From what I have heard over the years from people that claim to know is that the hells angles and renegades are not happy with the violance and image the crew brings to them, and that is why I would assume this is a house cleaning incident were they try to keep their hands clean. My guess would be as good as anybody not in the know though when it comes to those people....

Want to know the truth? It's all about the money. If one group makes more money for the grandfather gang, then they are the favorites but if the violence between sub gangs interferes with the money or brings too much police attention,(like we have seen in Vancouver with the shootings), then the grandfather group will "straighten out" the offending parties. This event was stupid and brought on too much attention to the business. I think we are about to see a correction of attitude. Fortunately those doing the correcting are smart enough to do it in private, unlike the bozos at the mall. If it had been my guys I know I'd be pissed at them.

By ethnic, I meant Indo-Canadian specifically. The I.S. are known to include many of them. The last time I heard anything, the H.A. would have nothing to do with them. If they have now made buddies and jumped into bed together, then goodie for them.

Next time why don't they meet at a gravel pit or something ?
