Canada Beats USA to Earn Spot In Gold Medal Round At World Championship

Canada has moved onto the gold medal round at the World Junior Hockey Championships after they defeated the USA 4-1 today.
The win came after outstanding goal tending by Canada’s Steve Mason.
Sweden, the only team that has defeated Canada at the tournament earned the right to play Canada earlier after beating Russia in the Semi Final.
Canada was out shot 37 -26 in the game.
Mason was named Canadian player of the game.
The gold medal game is set for Saturday at 11:00 a.m. PT
