The Provincial government has introduced legislation which would force the teachers to have their contract extended to the spring.  The legislation is expected to be passed by late Wednesday.

In the meantime, the B C Teachers Federation is holding an emergency meeting this evening to discuss what to do in the wake of that  legislation.

The B.C. Federation of Labour is also holding an emergency session this evening, it is believed that session is to talk about possible action to show support for the teachers.

It is possible the teachers and the Federation of Labour may call for a one day protest.

Protest all they want, as long as BCFed doesn't hold children hostage, prey on the sick and vulnerable or act like common thugs.
Unfirtunately, Yamadangadingdong, that is exactly what the provincial government is doing.
So that makes it OK, AhMoron, for BCFed to attack the vulnerable? AhMoron you are real short on morals to use that as justification.
