Prince George, B.C. - Construction will start on the Northern University Student Centre at UNBC this week.
The project involves renovation of the University’s former fitness centre and the project is being led by the Northern Undergraduate Student Society.
The $2.4 million dollar renovation will create a space of about 20,000 square feet. That space includes areas for the undergraduate student society as well as the University’s radio station. The design also includes space for student lounge and a campus pub that would be able to host events.
