Regardless--he's a criminal by Canadian federal law, and I would never relieve him of that.
besides he had to put himself at the courts mercy--he was handcuffed, drunk, slobbering and coulbn't walk. He had no choice. He was and still is GUILTY.

If he had refused to go back wouln't he have been extradited, seeing as how the world revolves around him, an' all?
