Cariboo Cougars Pull Even in Pacific Playdown

    Brett Bulmer was the overtime hero for the Cariboo Cougars. Bulmer scored in triple overtime as the Cougars tied in their best of three Pacific Playdown with the Calgary Buffaloes. The BC Major Midget Champs opened the scoring only 15 seconds into the game, but trailed 3-2 after the first. Calgary went up 4-3 after the second only to see the Cougars tie it in the third, then Bulmer's heroics in the third OT. There will now be a one game winner take all tomorrow afternoon at 1:00. The team that comes out on top will head to the national midget Telus Cup in Ontario.
