34 Clicks Of Highway 16 To Get Face Lift

Prince George, B.C. - 34 kilometers of Highway 16 east  will get a face lift this year.  The section  of the road between Lee Road and Tete Jaune about 27 kilometers east of McBride is thestrip that will be  repaired .

Work will begin in June and will be completed in September at a cost of $6.3 million dollars. The work will be done by Dawson Construction of Kamloops.

MLA Shirley Bond made the announcement today.
