Who Do We Rent Our Facilities To?

City Council has taken one more look at the policy which guides the rental of civic facilities.  Yes folks, the ghost of the hockey enforcers returns.

Basically, the policbsays if  the potential rentor isn't doing anything illegal, or violating any rules or regs or laws of any governing body, it's o.k. you can have the facility.

Although there were some concerns that description may be too broad or too vague, Council doesn't want to micro-manage the rental of facilities, or second guess the good work of City  so the information was received and accepted.

So my question is....would the city be willing to rent the CN centre to the teachers so they could have another one of their rallies?
Rock
Of course they would rent the CN Centre to the teachers for a rally as long as the rental money was there. Money is always the bottom line. THe Multiplex got rented to the rightious right when they had their health rally a few years back.
Yah, but are the teachers not breaking the law?
