Prince George, BC -- The Prince George Cougars open their 2008 exhibition schedule with a trip to Edmonton for the Oil Kings annual pre-season tournament. The Cougars will start with a contest versus the Swift Current Broncos on Sunday August 31’st and conclude their two game weekend with a date on Monday September 1st against the Regina Pats.

 

The Cougars will host three pre-season games at the CN Centre this year beginning with the Edmonton Oil Kings appearing in back to back games on Friday September 5^th and 6^th. Game time for both contests is 7:00pm

 

The Cougars wrap up their pre-season schedule with a home and home series with BC division rival, the Kamloops Blazers. The first game will be held at the CN Centre on Thursday September 11^th.  The teams will meet again the following night at the Interior Saving Centre in Kamloops on September 12^th to wrap up their exhibition season.
