Human Remains Found North of Terrace

Terrace, B.C. – Four hikers have discovered human remains in a wooded area north of Terrace. RCMP investigators say they have attended the scene and have confirmed the remains are human.

RCMP are now working with the BC Coroners Service in an attempt to identify the remains.

All local outstanding missing person files will be reviewed to eliminate possible identities.

Police say it would be inappropriate and too early in the investigation to speculate about a possible link to the investigation into the disappearances and murders along Highway 16.

Three innocent 20 yr. old youths? I thought 19 was an adult.
Funny how they have him labelled "hot-tempered" and "extremely dangerous". Apparently he was neither, until these "innocent" adults harassed him until he snapped. Many people who knew him say he was a mild mannered, quiet type, easy going, and caused no trouble.
Hardly a scumbag.

I am inclined to side with "my2bits"... this story had a lot of twists to it at the time... I do not think the action by the youths was "innocent" at all.

BTW... what ever happened to the farmer somewhere in the Peace Country who shot the girl in the pickup truck as the truckload of teens was doing donuts in his farm yard in the middle of the night ??

Sad how a fraction of a second changes so many lives forever.
